Cody Meirick, "Scary Stories"

Cody Meirick is the guest for this week. Cody and I have known each other for two decades. He has directed a documentary, Scary Stories, which explores the legacy of the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark book series through the stories themselves and the folklore discussed in them, the ghastly and very memorable illustrations, and some of the ways in which the book series has been challenged over the years. We cover a lot of ground about his process in this conversation.
